  • February 14–17 → Chinese New Year
  • April 2–12 → Holy Week + Araw ng Kagitingan
  • May 1–3 → Labor Day
  • June 12–14 → Independence Day
  • August 21–23 & August 29–31 → Ninoy Aquino / National Heroes
  • October 31 – November 2 → All Saints / Souls
  • December 24 – January 4 → Christmas & New Year Eve

Booking & Deposit

Secure your stay with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
For short stays (2–4 nights) or during peak season, full payment is required upfront.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 30+ days before check-in → full refund minus any bank/payment fees.
  • Cancel less than 30 Days before check-in / no-show / early departure → non-refundable.
  • One date change allowed if requested 14+ days before arrival, valid for rebooking within 2 years (subject to availability).
  • Changes within 14 days of arrival are only allowed for verified events beyond our control, such as extreme weather or natural disasters. While these situations are non-refundable, you can rebook your stay for a new date within 2 years of your original booking, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.

Please Note

Our rooms are managed separately from our surf school, so surf lessons are not automatically included with your booking and are subject to our availability.

If we’re unavailable during your stay, we’ll be happy to help arrange lessons with trusted local instructors we personally work with. Our own Surfista lessons are led by ISA-certified instructors and focus on quality, safety, and personalized coaching.
