Booking & Deposit

Secure your stay with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
For short stays (2–4 nights) or during peak season, full payment is required upfront.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made 30 or more days before check in, your deposit will be fully refunded minus any payment processing or bank fees.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before check in, no shows, or early departures, the deposit is non refundable.
• We offer one rebooking if requested at least 14 days before arrival, and the new stay date must be within 2 years of the original booking date. Rebookings are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
• Changes within 14 days of check in are only possible for verified force majeure events such as official airport closure or suspension of flights due to a typhoon or severe storm affecting Siargao, government travel restrictions, or official government declared natural disasters.
• Flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, diversions, or failed landing attempts caused by rain, wind, visibility, or airline operational decisions are not eligible for refunds or date changes.
• Approved force majeure bookings remain non refundable, but the stay may be rebooked within 2 years, subject to availability and rate adjustments.
