Booking & Deposit

Secure your stay with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
For short stays (2–4 nights) or during peak season, full payment is required upfront.

Cancellation Policy

  • For stays of up to 14 nights, cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in will be fully refunded, minus any payment processing or bank fees.
  • For stays of 15 to 21 nights, cancellations made 45 or more days before check-in will be fully refunded, minus any payment processing or bank fees.
  • For stays of 22 nights or more, cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in will be fully refunded, minus any payment processing or bank fees.
  • Cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period, as well as no-shows or early departures, will result in the forfeiture of the 50% down payment, and any remaining balance will be waived.

Rebooking Policy

  • Stays of up to 14 nights: One complimentary rebooking is permitted if requested at least 21 days before arrival.
  • Stays of 15 to 21 nights: One complimentary rebooking is permitted if requested at least 30 days before arrival.
  • Stays of 22 nights or more: One complimentary rebooking is permitted if requested at least 45 days before arrival.
  • The amount already paid will be retained as a non-refundable voucher for the new stay. The new stay date must be within 12 months of the original booking date and remains subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
  • Changes within 21 days prior to arrival are only permitted in cases where access to Siargao is officially restricted by government authorities. This includes official closure of Siargao Airport, suspension of commercial passenger flights by CAAP or other competent authorities, or government-issued travel restrictions that formally prevent travel to the island.
  • Flight delays, missed connections, diversions, airline operational decisions, weather-related airline cancellations, or aircraft being unable to land do not qualify as force majeure.
  • Approved force majeure bookings remain non-refundable but may be rebooked within 12 months, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
