Booking & Deposit

Secure your stay with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.
For short stays (2–4 nights) or during peak season, full payment is required upfront.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made 30 or more days before check in, your deposit will be fully refunded minus any payment processing or bank fees.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before check in, no shows, or early departures, the deposit is non refundable.
• We offer one rebooking if requested at least 14 days before arrival, and the new stay date must be within 2 years of the original booking date. Rebookings are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
• Changes within 14 days prior to arrival are only permitted where access to Siargao is officially restricted or suspended by competent authorities, including official closure of Siargao Airport, suspension of commercial flights by CAAP or equivalent authority, or government issued travel restrictions or declared emergencies that formally prohibit passenger transport to the island. All other circumstances are excluded from force majeure, including flight delays, cancellations, diversions, missed connections, aircraft unable to land, or any airline operational decisions. Approved force majeure bookings are non refundable and may only be rebooked within 24 months, subject to availability and applicable rates.
